SharePoint : Turning off mobile view in SharePoint 2013

As we know in SharePoint 2010, public web site when accessed from a mobile device is displayed by default in a mobile view. Which means that certain mobile related pages get loaded instead of regular SharePoint web site pages.
For example, a sign in page in case of forms authentication, there is a different page that gets load as opposed to the sign in page either default or custom page.
There are two ways we can turn off this behavior.
1. In App_Browsers folder, there is compat.browser file where we can set "IsMobileDevice=False"
2. In web.config, we can put the following in section.

After one of these changes are done do make sure to reset IIS only which ensures your changes.
